Insurance

We work with all insurance companies, and in fact, we are a direct repair facility for many insurance companies.

Your deductible is how much you have to pay for repairs before your insurance begins paying. Depending on your insurance policy, your deductible will vary. Your deductible is due to Koons when you pick up your vehicle and can be presented in check, credit card, or cash.

Estimates and Appointments

Only one estimate is needed. It’s your vehicle and you have the right to choose where your vehicle is repaired. We are a Certified Collision Center and will work directly with your insurance company to establish an estimate and complete the repairs in a timely manner.

We offer online photo estimates from the convenience of your driveway. In person appointments are just a few clicks away and will insure prompt service upon your arrival. If you have immediate need, we’re here to help you with estimates, car rentals, and repairs.

Unfortunately, the first observation and inspection doesn’t always discover deep-down damages. During the course of repair, we may find further issues that need to be addressed. In this case, we will contact the insurance company for authorization to pay for any supplemental damages, and notify you before we take further action.

Repairs

This is, of course, is dependent on the complexity of the repairs, the situation, the availability of parts and materials, and much more. It truly varies from one situation to the next. We will provide an estimated time of completion at the same time we provide the cost estimate, although this does not include the time it may take for any additional damage repairs found in the teardown. In the end, we would rather make sure that the job is done right, rather than rushed.

As a collision center customer you are eligible for discounted rentals. Our team can help arrange a rental car, truck, or SUV from one of our partners. Some insurances, new vehicle warranties, extended warranties, and even credit cards may cover or at least reduce rental vehicle cost – our team can help you figure out if there is an available discount for your rental.

Very few vehicles actually have a Frame and most are known as a Unit-body (Unibody) structure vehicles. Unibody damage is not a reason of the insurance company to designate the vehicle a total loss. Our modern equipment, techniques, and advanced expertise of the technician allow for even severely-damaged vehicles to be repaired. Of course, the less damage, the better the likelihood of repairing the car.

OEM parts are manufactured by the factory supplier for your vehicle for use in repair. LKQ parts are Like, Kind, and Quality recycled parts that are generally less expensive and help save our environment. Aftermarket parts are third-party equivalents of the original factory parts. While we aim to use mainly OEM parts, aftermarket parts are also an option if needed or requested. Often, this is at the discretion of the insurance company and your insurance policy guidelines, so make sure to consult with your agent.

Absolutely. Our paint technicians can flawlessly blend the new paint into the existing paint of your vehicle.

All of our repairs come with a written lifetime warranty covering our workmanship and refinishing. The parts used in the course of repair come with their own warranty and we will assist in obtaining coverage. Mechanical repairs, such as wheel alignments and air conditioning repairs, are limited to 90 days. Please ask one of our team members to review our lifetime warranty as needed.
